Procedure

With Xenu Link Sleuth (TM) the following sites are tested:

1. A Different End Of The Internet
2. httpstat.us
3. Rusty Links
4. Dead Link City

Findings

The average speed of this broken link checker is 29 links per second.

The maximum number of links being tested is unlimited.

Slow websites are tolerated when they respond within 20 seconds. However sometimes faster responding webpages are also marked as timed out.

Unknown status codes (LinkedIn!) are considered an error.

The regular version (version 1.3.8) doesn't examines inline (anchor) links, however the beta version (version 1.3.9) does show broken inline (anchor) links in the report. Hence the requirement "Examines inline (anchor) links" is marked as PASSED.
